FX-B is an all purpose effects, gates and
compressor
rack. Whilst not as comprehensive as the seperate FX-A, Pro-A,
Pro-B combination it still provides at least 4 effects units, 3 SPX or
similar and a dedicated delay unit, 6 channels of gates and 6 channels
of compression. It has the advantage of being contained in one 13U rack,
saving truck space and helping to keep front of house a manageable size.
(Note: there is a unit missing from the photo.) There is enough in this
rack to keep most sensible front of house engineers happy.
